The new Audi Q5 will arrive in mid 2011 and it marks the German automakers first jump into the hybrid market. The engine will be a 2.0 liter TFSI 4-cylinder producing a just over 200 horsepower. It will be mated to a 45 horsepower electric motor combining for a grand total (not a sum) of 245 horsepower. Audi released a brand new hybrid model today marking their first venture into the competitive hybrid segment, but also into the rather empty hybrid CUV segment.
